Giant bed with two pillows. The smallest tv’s on the wall with terrible cable. Under construction and the parking lot was a death trap. Unhelpful front desk staff on arrival. Price was outrageous for a disappointing hotel

So they are doing work on the hotel. I think when it is done it will be lovely. The room was clean and convenient. My issue was that the safety lock on the door was broken, and we were right next to the outside door, and that didnt shut tight. Also, the internet didnt seem to get to our room. As I say, I think when the construction is done it will be great. I think I would just wait a few months until it is done.

The property was nice, but it was under construction. I can see by the room we had most of the rooms most likely needed an upgrade. It was comfortable and convenient for what we needed.

Staff was pleasant but the room had been poorly repaired. In particular, a chain lock had been added that simply pulled away from the wall. There were other signs of trying to get by on the cheap. Breakfast was ok. Location was fine.

Great nights stay

This is a great little hotel. Beds are comfy and staff is really helpful and nice. There’s renovations and improvements in process but not interrupting your stay. Room was a little stuffy but the windows opened.

This property looked nothing like the photo's shown on the listing. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, the furnishings are outdated and the breakfast was all cold items, toast, muffins, cereal, and some apples and oranges. Apparently it is under new ownership and they are working on it but they have a long way to go.

Small hotel a few miles from Freeport. It is under construction, no noise on the weekend. The staff was friendly and efficient. Very old and dated floors , walls, hallways, rooms. All the furniture was cheap rickity. Poor lighting in the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not many choices for breakfast and skip the coffee. Very expensive for the quality.

There was construction going on on the 2nd floor right above our room the banging was awful. Next morning went to leave hall door was lock couldn’t get to lobby went out walk around building from entrance was locked doors didn’t open til 7 If they knew about the construction why did they give us the room right underneath it

I booked this hotel because it was rated 8.4/10, but it's 6-7/10 at best. The hotel pictures do not match the true condition of the hotel...it looks nicer than it is. Our room had, no phone, the lamp was on the floor, the remote was dirty, and the bathroom amenities were limited. There was also no hair dryer. The continental breakfast was basic, nothing special, and the coffee was horrible! I wanted to check out immediately upon arrival and go to another hotel. The staff was great and it looks like a family run business. But you get what you pay for so if you're looking for cheap, this is your hotel.
