We stayed at this hotel due to the waterpark. Which the staff was amazing and the kids loved. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly, but the property which the day we left they started remodeling our room. So, who knows maybe a second stay would be better. Our door didn't shut all the way. The beds we couldn't sleep due to being uncomfortable. (Again we only stayed due to the waterpark.) The window on 3rd floor our kids could fit all the way out. If we weren't right there one of our kids could of fell. You could hear every little noise and conversation. So our kids kept waking up and wouldn't go back to sleep. You could see all the way through our door into the hall. The neighbor next to us kept opening and shutting the connecting door. The floor was coming up, the mirror was falling off the wall. They didn't have any clean towels and couldn't find any. And I want to give grace since they are remodeling. The room we were in they started on the day we left. So, maybe after they remodel it'd be a lot better, but before the remodel the phone was coming apart, the mirror in bathroom wàs coming off the wall, the floor was coming up. I have to say though the staff was incredible and extremely kind. They try to go over and beyond for their guests. They made up for what was lacking in the rest of the hotel and the waterpark the kids loved. Maybe after the remodel we will go take a look. I think it's unfair to judge right now since we don't know what it's going to be like af

We stayed here specifically because it is attached to The Reef water park. The park was closed and no notice on the website. When we got up for breakfast they were almost out of everything and nothing got restocked.

Friendly staff. Otherwise not great. Not a property we’d stay at again. Super hard beds and pillows, average clean bathroom. Room was good and clean, just not the bathroom. Room also wasn’t ready at check in but just waited about 10 minutes. Pool and Reef not open much.

Staff was short when we asked questions. If you want the pool don't go here. The pool is part of the water park attached to the hotel and there is an added fee during park hours. The pool has no reliable schedule outside park hours. Overpriced and poor care. I can excuse some renovation but rudeness is not okay.

I have stayed at Big Horn resort many times. Unfortunately, this last time it was a let down. The hotel was under construction and I was not given a heads up. My family was put in an unfinished room, the floor was sticky like soda had been spilt all over it. The bedsheets were not clean. There was trim missing around the closet l, some walls were half painted, fixtures were missing, and the freezer had something forming in it. For $200 a night I expected more, I did complain and were told they were sorry but no other rooms were available.

There was alot of construction going on and many of the other patrons were noisey and nothing was done about the parties behaving this way.

The staff was very helpful, and the rooms are huge, but construction at 8am in the room next door (on a Saturday morning) was not the most considerate. I'm glad they are fixing the place up, it does need it. The breakfast was good. Location is OK. The draw is the indoor water park, but it's pricey.
