We loved staying here - the house is spacious and comfortable and walkable distance to York Beach village. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck, and coffee on the sunporch in the morning. Outdoor shower is great for cleaning up the little ones after the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at the house! It was very comfortable for our family trip of 5 adults, 2 children, and a toddler. The house had an ample amount of beach chairs and other supplies that made life much easier! We enjoyed the sunrises, walking to the beach and downtown area, and short drives to other local attractions. Worth the stay!

Our week in York

We had a wonderful time during our beach vacation! The house was spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The best part was the stunning view of the ocean—waking up to that every morning was a treat. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach daily, making it easy to soak up the sun and enjoy the water. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. We would love to come back next year.

Perfect location for Short Sands

Such a great property! Close to short sands, easy walk to the beach/downtown. You can hear the ocean at night which is great. Clean house with everything we needed Great communication. Was a great place for our family of four. Would stay here again!

Ideal Location for Short Sands Beach!

Great location and comfy cottage. East walked to Short Sands beach, downtown, playground, basketball court and Dunne's ice cream! Bill was a great host, quick to respond and very accommodating.

Great Time!

Property was very clean, and had everything we needed including Lobster Pot. It was just as described, and accommodations were comfortable, and within minute(s) to Beach, along with getting ocean breeze, @ night during height of Heat Wave! Owner was easily accessible, if needed. Great week, would do again.

Amazing Location

This was our 2nd year at this property and we still love it. Being able to walk to short sands makes our vacation so much easier. The outdoor shower and enclosed porch with an ocean view is a bonus!

Perfect location for a family weekend away

My family and I had a great stay at this home for a long weekend in September. We loved how close we were to the beach and would walk down that way every morning. The house was the perfect size for our group and had a nice setup. We also loved how close it was to both short sands and long sands beaches. We hope to return again!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful vacation. Location of the home is fantastic. We stayed in Aug and could have used some AC on a few of the days. It got a little tricky opening and closing windows when rain storms suddenly sprang up while we were trying to keep the house at a confortable temp. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful vacation and made a lot of great family memories.
