Staff was slow to check us in. Then the pool that they said was heated was ice cold. We went there to relax and use the pool to exercise in so this was disappointing. Also the walls were thin and whoever was in the room next to us was swearing a lot and demeaning whoever he was with. It was sad to hear the bad names and swearing he was calling out too! Sadly we won’t be back here
