worst hotel experience ive ever had. my first room had no heat and the tv didnt work and a broken window shade by time i got to the next room i was willing to deal with the dead roach shells. After running late from an appointment i had to check out, i felt forced to rebook the room so that i wouldnt lose out on my belongings they were ready to dispose of. When i got to the room i saw actual roaches coming out of my bags and that was my last straw in this hotel nightmare. I made other arrangements and headed to the front office. I wasnt in the room but for 20 mins for my newest booking but was told i couldnt have a refund because i didnt tell them about the roach problem the night before the first time I was in the office. Tje lady at the front desk began to yell at me as if i was a child and stern that she wouldnt give me my money back and insuiting that maybe i put the roaches there since i didnt bring it up prior. This was absolutely absurd that I couldnt get a refund, when i was told no other rooms were available and because i was more worried about them not throwing my stuff out then the roaches I saw. Which until then werent crawling out my bags, but since this was a new booking and i came right away when i saw the roaches i shouldnt be penalized or forced to stay in those conditions just because of the mean and money hungry nature of a unsanitary hotel that the health department should have shut down already. Dont stay here ever!
