Great recently renovated room, excellent friendly service at check-in. Two minor quibbles: rooms are too sparsely decorated, lacking a desk/table, and dresser, closet or other place to put a secind suitcase; and the whole inn complex is pretty noisy, not a big deal, just a fact that a lot of the people there are enjoying their vacation into the night, and the wallsvare pretty thin.

The location is good . Foot trucks on property daily was nice . I was surprised they had vacancy this time of year . I prefer a firm mattress but seems all facilities have the soft marshmallow mattresses . A/C worked great! Room 37 must be the farthest from the hot water tank . It took 7-8 mins of letting the hot water run before hot water came out . But when it came out ,, it was plenty hot ,

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Right across the street from Long Sands beach was a nice bonus! Great food trucks on site and others are just a short walk on either side of the hotel. We will be staying here again, for sure!

My room was in the center building and the last room near the exit door. It was busy, banging and loud. However, the rooms, common areas and pool were clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Pictures are deceiving

When we first got to our room we noticed that there was a wire hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector was supposed to be. We then went to turn on the lights and there were light bulbs missing from the lamp. The television was a lot smaller then described and it didn’t work. The remote you had to press so hard that you gave up and just watched whatever you could get to show. The floor was stained. They only cleaned rooms every three days and had to walk to office to get help with any issues and get clean towels. No phones in room to call front desk and only open until 9, so any issues after that you have to wait until the day to get resolved. Thumbs down. Would not recommend nor stay there again.

Great but had to upgrade rooms

Would give this 5 stars but had to upgrade our room after one night. The second room we had was wonderful and would book that again. Spacious and beds were comfy.

The tv wasn't working, went to to office they came to to room and set the tv up, it work for a day when i went to set it up through the wifi it wouldn't work, said there was no connection or wrong password. The day the tv was working i had set up my hbo max under my account and couldn't get back in to log it out. Other then that everthing else was good, location, staff, and food.

Vitamin Sea

Yhe bed was memory foam and comfortable. The room was newly remodeled and had a shared balcony. We could see the ocean from the room wondow since we were near thevfront ofvthe hotel on the second floor. The bathroom was all newly remodeled too and i loved the color scheme. Check in was not what we booked but they accomadated us and apologized for the mistake.

Fun in the Sun!

My great granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay there. It was very cleaned. I was just a little disappointed that I could not find ice anywhere. The convenience of the first floor was nice and close to the pool which she loved! When I went to add another night stay they were very accommodating. Very convenient to town! We loved the time we spent there! Will go back!

check in was great. The owners were actually on property very friendly. Not sure when they took this property over a when renovations were done.. room is decorated modern but very minimalistic! for the money that you pay for a standard king room the windows have no screens so you can hear the beach and the beach is right across the street so that was a bummer. The bottom drawer in the bathroom was broken on the vanity, so it would literally fall out onto your foot if you didn’t hold it the bad made lots of noise we look there was only four slats across the king bed.!! mattress was comfortable, but because there wasn’t enough support underneath he really sank in on the side of the bed it was great having a fridge and a freezer, but it made lots of noise and we had to unplug it to sleep at night. No bureau for clothes or closet?? couldn’t stay more than 2 nights here. The TV is very confusing. There’s no instructions on how to use it. Because there’s no phone in these rooms you can’t call for service when you need it.. the area around the property in the front needs some pick up for sure there’s old winter shrubs that are just piled in all dead around the front of the property. There’s also a room that looks like a storage dumping room that is totally open for people to look in. ONE plus was there is a coffee truck out front in the parking area. our room was quiet and the beach across the street.
