There was no hand soap in the room bathroom. When I called down to th desk to ask for hand soap, I was told there isn’t any because the house keepers left at 4pm for the day. I would have to wait til tomorrow. I said hand soap in a bathroom is necessary and I was told i could come to the desk to get a bar of soap because he was the only one at the desk for the night. Breakfast looked amazing but it was empty. There were people standing in line waiting for breakfast to be filled and each time they brought out a little food, it was gone immediately and people still had not gotten food. We went at 830, breakfast was over at 930. When I mentioned it to the manager about not having food, I was told “well you have to time it right” and “this is nothing, I’ve seen it when the line wraps all the way around the back wall”. There were multiple families that left to go get breakfast else where because there was no food. There was dry cereal but no milk. Staff was rude when you asked them to refill something
