This was my first time staying. It was an absolutely nice hotel. I'm very picky. It was clean. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was so good and a lot of different choices. Highly recommend this hotel. If I come back, I will definitely stay again.

I pre-pay for my trip prior to arriving into the hotel and I got there and it was time to check in the agent tried to charge me for my booking again. I told the agent that I had already paid for she said OK culture supervisor and they said they will handle it After that. They still charge me after I told them I cannot afford to pay for the room again and for my trip because I came here for business

The staff was excellent, however the room is dark the hallway is even more darker. The hotel lobby looks beautiful and but when it comes to room need work no microwave in the room I would have to go down to the first floor.

Check in was busy with a line waiting to check in, they had 3 staff members checking in guests. We got to the front of the line and were called up to the desk asked for our ID which I had in my hand, as I was handing it over the staff member said “oh, sir come on up” to someone sitting in a chair about 50 feet from the desk. My wife and I moved to the side expecting she was just going to hand him something. She never said another word to us but proceeded to do the entire check in with the gentleman she called up leaving us to go back in line! Then an unexpected expense of $10 a night for parking, not in a separate garage but on the premises. As we got to the room I received an email asking if the room was to our liking. I responded they the refrigerator was not working, never for a response. Then we found mold and fuzz on the bathroom exhaust vent and black mold on the wall by the shower. Had much better service and a clean room with a working fridge the night before at a budget $60 motel. Won’t ever go to another Crowne Plazza!

I wouldn’t say the room was completely spotless but it was nice. There wasn’t a remote in the room so we had to ask for that, however, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience.
