Beach House in Zandvoort with Sea View

This unique, detached beach house is situated at the Beach Houses Zandvoort resort, directly on the beach and just 1.5 km from the town center. The ground-floor beach house features modern furnishings, including a living/bedroom with a double closet bed, a dining area, and an open kitchen. It also offers a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Air conditioning provides comfort in warm weather and can be used for heating in colder months.

Note that the resort lacks its own parking; public parking is available nearby for a fee, and it's advisable to park on the outskirts of Zandvoort. The resort is easily accessible via public transport; from Zandvoort station, you can take bus lines 81 or 84 to the beach.

Beach Houses Zandvoort offers three types of beach houses accommodating two to four people.

- From 25–28 June 2026, the Luminosity Festival will take place near the park, so it may be busier than usual. A €400 deposit applies for 4-person accommodations and €700 for those with more than 4 people. This deposit applies to all guests, even if you don’t attend the festival. Please ensure your IBAN is entered under “My Details” for the refund after your stay.
