I turned the bathroom light on. There was a roach running across the bathroom floor. I get home an unpacked my bags. There was a roach in my makeup bag. This is unacceptable.

We loved the location and property was in great shape. Check in was an unexpected adventure. We checked in at 3:30 and the room was ready. We put some of our belongings in the room and left to go see family we were there to visit and when we arrived back that night our room keys didn’t work. We were quite surprised to find that they had given away the room to someone else who had complained about their room and removed our belongings without notifying us. We were able to secure another room there for the night but it was not a smooth transition. Staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested and would be traveling and need a place to stay.
