Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean but could do with some updating.
Staff on reception were excellent. Not enough breakfast staff for the amount of residents
Swimming pool poor and most lockable lockers were broken. Room was so hot it was uncomfortable and could hardly sleep. Breakfast was terrible. Good awful and the queueing system didn’t work for the volume of people there
Check in good. Room good. Facilities good. Staff, on the whole good. My sister in law had her purse stolen from a locked locker in the swimming pool changing room. No one available to view cctv for hour and a half. Then they were too busy. In the end 6 hours later they suggested calling the police. Unsatifactory. Very poor response, pathetic in fact. The perp long gone. No appreciation of the distress and feelings of helplessness. No plan of action in place. Blind leading the blind. Poor management. Shame, the place is nice and the non management staff excellent. Both my brother and sister in law were bereaved 3 years ago, have only been married 4 months, I took them away for a treat. This event turned it into a disaster. Memories that will sadly prevent a return.
The hotel was great, staff were amazing bed so comfortable and room clean. I sadly have to say though that it was maybe one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve had, especially for a 4* hotel. Not worth the money sadly, hotel was worth it though! I’d use the hotel again but definitely not have a breakfast!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Stayed in a premium room but for the money I can't see what you get extra? 3 coffee pods and a hot chocolate sachet is about all I can see, you forgot the milk and no sugar. Wth? Not worth the upgrade to be honest. Stick with s standard room and book the restaurant as it gets busy late on.
