Everything about our stay was spectacular. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The front desk switched rooms for my mom who has difficulty walking, and when she left something behind in her room (twice) the housekeeping supervisor recovered those items quickly. Our breakfast meals were more than adequate and we were catered to by staff in that area as well. The rooms were very clean, and comfortable. The amenities for the 5 children in our group kept them happy and entertained. It was a Christmas gathering so we rented the executive board room for privacy. Again everything for was set up perfectly! I would highly recommend this hotel for families, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

We had a great room location on the ground floor, near a side exit, near we parked. The plumbing in that part of the building was very “musical” all night. We also listened to the room HVAC “groan” at the end of each cycle. The desk lamp was so loosely held together that I was afraid to turn it on. Although I chose a 2 bed room, my husband and I struggled with the small size of the bed. Unfortunately the bed we chose had also been made “short sheeted”. Although hilarious in college, we were not amused.

Not the first time I have stayed here and I have had no issues until this stay. The issues this stay arise from large amounts of unattended kids racing up and down my hall, beating on doors, and screaming until 11:30pm. I got numerous texts about trying to find the parents to get the kids under control and stating they must be attended, but 3 and a half hours and kids were still running and screaming. Should have been a better way than texting to find parents, including talking to them and making direct contact with parents instead of blowing up however many phones with text messages.
