The front desk staff only makes the card key good for one night so i had to walk to the front office to get my cards reactivated each night. Then there was no housekeeping which is no problem but when i walked to the front office to get clean towels the attendant said the manager had instructed her staff not to issue clean towels and washcloths without bringing the dirty ones in exchange. So i have to walk back to the room to get the dirty linens which is actually me proforming housekeeping for them. The TV didnt work without internet and for the first two nights it wouldn't connect to their internet.

The staff was amazing and prompt to address any issues we had. The only complaint we had was the door didn't want to unlock. We had to get someone from the staff to help us several times. The beds were soft and comfortable. It was quiet and we had an enjoyable stay.

Hi, this is a motel style stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a couple restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Don Julio’s Mexican. That said, the stay is right next to the freeway so you will experience traffic noise.

The rooms are definitely dated but overall was clean except the floors were sticky and dirty. There wasn't any bedding for the sofa bed and it had garbage under it when we pulled it out. Luckily a lovely woman was working at the front desk and got us the bedding we needed.If you just need a place to sleep on your way somewhere, it is sufficient.

Updating needed to rooms

The outside of the hotel looked nice and taken care of / updated but the room was dirty. The table in the room had old Stain on it from a drink so it wasn’t wiped down so then you ask yourself what else wasn’t wiped down?!?! The floors looked dirty also. The bathroom grout had mold in it and it needs to be renovated.. bed sheets were clean thank god, but we inspected them to make sure no bed bugs.. better to be safe.

It’s an older property and its location beside the freeway does make it noisy during the night if your room is facing that side.

Breakfast is very limited. Coffee, prepackaged muffin and apple juice. The highway is quite loud nearby with regular air brakes being used on the ramp. We’ve had better experiences for less money. The cleaning lady and morning counter person were friendly. Definitely a heavy clientele of truckers and work crews.

I felt bad for the young lady who was checking us all in on a busy Saturday night. She was all by herself and doing the best she could. She had issues with the printer also but she was very kind, stayed calm and did not let impatient guests upset her. At one point she had 4 or 5 people waiting. Would like to give her a shout out for working so hard!
