Smelled like sewage and mildew

The room smelled disgusting and the front desk person admitted the room is rarely used. Unacceptable and one of the worst smelling rooms I have ever stayed in.

The staff makes or break the stay and we sadly felt like a burden here. It seemed to be “too much” to ask for basics like enough towels in our room. No joke. Mold in the bathtub/shower, tp stuffed in the bathroom vent… Spend a little extra if you need to and stay someplace that treats you wonderfully.

Our room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains were broken. The mixer valve in the shower would not turn off and did more than drip during the stay, which was four nights. Actually, the entire shower looks like it needs attention, including the walls which need to be wiped down. I did not bring any of these issues to the attention of the front desk. It is my hope that these problems will be addressed for the next guest. My traveling partner was my 92-year-old mother and after unpacking I didn't want to be moved to another room. The hotel was busy, but we were not bothered by any noise and rested comfortably. Reasonably priced and appreciated the opportunity to cancel the reservation without any additional charge.

The hotel was dirty. The room had a stale odor. Carpet was dirty. Shower sounded like you were going to fall through. Coffee was awful. Eggs and sausage were not edible. Asked desk clerk for change for vending machine and he was rude
