Elevator was broken for over one month. Guests had to compete with house cleaners for access to one elevator. The broke hot tub had green mold-like water. This is the 7th time I’ve stayed for one week in this hotel and it has definitely deteriorated.

It was a nice property, but I was really disappointed that the hot tub was broken the days we were there, that was one of the reasons we booked here. When you are disappointed in that the small things like always being out of complementary cookies or one of the elevators being out of order just add to your frustration. Standard breakfast, one day had bacon which was great. Even though I had some frustrations I still give it 4 stars because it was clean and the employees were all awesome.
