OK stay

We only received 2 large towels which makes it awkward if one of us wants to shower and wash hair. We found the heating/ac to be a very noisy fan and we had to shut it off. Our bed was comfortable and the room was fine. There was limited fruit at breakfast (2 wrapped apples and 2 wrapped oranges).Bananas and or fruit salad would have been nice.

Noisy area by a very busy highway. Rooms were noisy too, could hear kids yelling and screaming next door and across the haul. Room doors would slam shut all through the night because they were set-up to close that way. Rooms themselves were clean and in good repair. Breakfast was good. Food was cooked well. Good selection of breakfast food.

I was double charged for my room and there has been no resolution. I was charged $342 twice. Now I have to call and try to recoup my money. This is beyond frustrating. Staff seemed like that had no idea what was going on.

The check in was less than smooth with the front desk clerk having issues with what was described as a "new process". Inadequate training seemed to be the issue, not the system. The thermostat did not work properly and was broken.

A+ place to stay!

Very friendly staff! Greeted us the moment we walked in! Went over amenities and showed us around the lobby to familiarize us with locations of everything we might need. Room was very clean and spacious! Bed was very comfortable!
