They were replacing the carpet in the hallways and the crew was tearing it out until 8pm at night. Hitting all the doors and making a lot of noise. No one told you up front that that would be happening. The water in our shower didn't work at all. We checked out a day early and they didn't even refund our money. I was under the impression they would. Will NOT stay there again.

We were greeted once we walked in with cookies, David at the front desk was very informative and nice! The room was accurate and very clean. The breakfast was also hot and plenty of variety! Such a wonderful, cozy stay!

You may have to make your own bed…

We had a total of 3 rooms booked. I called and advised them that my family was staying for my mom’s birthday weekend and we would all like to be as close as possible. She advised she would put a note in and we were set. My parents and brother were on the 3rd floor at opposite ends of each other and I was on the first floor. When we arrived on Saturday the key machine wasn’t working so he was unable to make a room key and advise we go have lunch or something and try back after. All was well until my brother went to check in and they checked him into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. They said all the house keepers left and that was all he could do. My sister n law changed the sheets herself and had them come get the trash that was left. This morning when asking for a discount they advised since we used a 3rd party that there was nothing they could do. The hotels breakfast options were depressing and the only plus side was the pool was working. It was by far the worst stay we have ever experienced with the Hilton Brand very disappointed in the experience and the nonchalant response and behavior of their staff.

My stay was very good. There was one minor glitch. The heater/cooler malfunctioned, and a i had to move to a different room. However, the staff took care of it promptly and courteously.

Checked into the hotel at 12:00am due to a cross-country flight for a family funeral. Entered the room where it was 92 degrees based on the temperature on the thermostat. Asked the night auditor for a new room but none were available. Spoke with Orbitz (booked while driving in from the airport) and they spoke with the property. Over a week later, still waiting for that refund from the property. The night auditor was rude and said the room was "fine" and would "cool off" despite the air conditioning not working. We tried for 10-15 minutes to get cold air and it only blew hot air. Property did nothing to either accommodate or help us. Understand they were booked but the attitude and failure to promptly refund the money is unacceptable. Cannot believe either the cleaning crew or maintenance weren't aware of the HVAC issue in that room. Funny thing is, other family members who booked there, left the next day because the beds were so uncomfortable. Terrible.

When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room but it was fixed without issue. The staff was friendly, the whole place was clean and sanitary. The room was comfortable, we slept well. Breakfast was really delicious, lots of fresh and good choices. Would highly recommend.
