Clean, modern, attractive hotel in convenient downtown location. Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Fitness center was a welcome amenity as it was raining heavily when we were there. We would certainly recommend this hotel to other visitors to Kent

The location is great and the staff are top notch, however, there is a bar 1 block down the street that played VERY LOUD music until 2:30 am on Friday night. We requested a room change to be on the other side of the hotel which was granted. The noise from the bar was minimized, however, the person in the room above us checked in at 1am and rolled their suitcase around the tile entry way for 15 minutes. One of the people staying on our floor must have been throwing furniture because it literally shook the entire floor. I wish I can say I'd stay here again but will likely not unless it's a weekday.

good stay.

It is clean, comfortable, and staff are nice. shops are nearby but I think some of them close early. Overall, it is good. I will stay again if price is right. It is close to the Kent state University.
