The housekeeper and daytime front desk lady refuse to give back deposit.they find reasons to keep it also dirty dirty dirty this place needs shut down!!!

They demand a $100 deposit and the housekeeping staff and daytime front desk lady look for reasons to keep it so they can split the money. They are trying to say there was “blood on the sheets” and this is not even possible. There is no way there was blood on the sheets . I not only inspected everything before we left I cleaned the dirty room before our stay and before we left!!! Not good business at all and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal

It was false advertisement on the website. I thought I was renting the room with the Jacuzzi in the middle, but it wasn’t. They even sent me an email that confirmed with the picture of the Jacuzzi and when I arrived, they told me that I would have to pay another $115 to get that room. They should definitely take off that picture with the Jacuzzi on it and stop lying making it seem like that’s the room that you can reserve.

Was charged the wrong amount for the booking. Website kept trying to book me for a week when I only needed one day. Finally got that fixed but when arrived at the location the smoking room which I thought was ordered was non smoking. Had to pay the regular non internet price which was 30 dollars more. Was super pissed but have been so busy I couldn't write a review. Haven't used Expedia since. Not a happy customer

We were caught in the area due to a snowstorm. This was the closest hotel for us to drive to. It was awful. The hotel was in very poor condition in every aspect. Electrical was frightening, bathroom felt like there was Vaseline on the floor, furniture was in poor condition, the list goes on and on. I would never stay there again.
