The Bad:sink was plugged so hard to run the water, there was no shade, so when sun was up, you were up,rooms not very updated and dirty. The heat was very inconsistent, turned heat down to 62 at night and could not get it to stop kicking on, was too hot to sleep well. Paid 115 on a week night for king bed room. The good:breakfast was pretty good, quiet hotel as it is small, bed was decently comfortable.

We stayed for two nights and weren't able to take a shower because our room had no hot water, and when we asked about it, we were offered to trade rooms, but the room offered smelt like someone had been doing some kind of drugs in it and had an air purifier on the ground. When we told them this, they said that there was nothing else they could do.

Travelled through huge snow storm on Dec 28th. Female night staff super friendly and easy check in. Morning man (not sure if owner) not friendly at all. On phone watching videos in the dining area even when I walked up to the desk. During check out was more concerned about where room key was and wouldn’t give receipt until he got key and asking more questions about night staff because they hadn’t charged for pet fee yet and didn’t have credit card. Like was trying to get her in trouble. Told him the night staff was great and compassionate after we travelled 14 hours in snow storm.l arriving after 9pm. Told him we didn’t want her getting into trouble for not taking payment for the pet that night and told him multiple times to just take our payment. By the end of it all (talking down to us) he ended up not charging for the pet. Won’t be recommending.

It started when we checked in, he could not find our reservation when I had it pulled up on my phone. He kept asking if I had the right day even after showing him my reservation email. He had my ID and still couldn’t figure out what name to type into the computer. Finally found my reservation, we got into our room, not long after, the person behind us when we were checking in was coming into our room with a key. They had given keys to 2 different people at the exact same time for the same room. We then left and came back later and the hallway smelled horribly of weed. Their hot tub was also not working. With it being winter it would have been nice to have it working. We will not be staying with them again.

My original room had hair all over the shower and then I switched rooms and the other room had hair and door hair all over the sheets it was disgusting. The front desk person was super understanding and helpful

room was clean, carpet looked new, hot part of breakfast was poor quality. This the third time staying at a Americinn in recient weeks and used to stay at Americann before Wyndham took over and conditions were much better overall.

It was clean but that was about it. The pool was closed. The TV didn't work for the majority of my stay and breakfast was ice cold. In the morning when I asked the guy at the desk about the TV he just pointed at the tv in the lobby and said broken and went back to playing with his phone.

We found someone’s vape pipe in the linens on our bed. There is some kind of paper stuffed in the drain at the sink. Beds were comfortable.

Staff was friendly. Check in/out easy. Room was clean. Pool was closed (drained & empty). No mention of it at booking either, just a note posted at the desk when we walked in. We had kids waiting to swim, had we known the pool was closed, we would've stayed somewhere else.
