The carpet is very worn and stained and is so dirty it is sticky. The drapes have holes. There was hair and dirt on the bathroom floors. We won’t stay here again.

Dirty floors

The room was dirty. Sheets seemed clean, but the floor was disgusting. Not sure when the last time it was vacuumed. Bathroom was not the cleanest.

The housekeeping staff left our door propped open and forgot about it. We found the door in this position on return. We mentioned the issue to management and they were like “things happen”. Overall - no, never again!

Great weekend staycation

We stayed for a weekend long event in the ballroom/convention room. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind and helpful. It was a wonderful weekend!

Breakfast was skimpier than usual, and coffee was very weak. Not what we have had at our precious stays. Staff is wonderful, as always. We had a three night stay and they emptied the trash every day, but it would have been nice if they had swapped out the face clothes and hand towels.

It is an older property in need of an upgrade. Their site says they have a laundry area. That is not the case. The front desk attendant was also rude.

Bugs in the bathroom, really outdated, tv didnt work, outlets wouldnt hold a charger. Asked staff for extra towels and said they couldnt give me but 1 extra as they're werent extras.
