Carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced all over the hotel. Bathroom had areas of mold in shower. Hotel is very outdated. Staff is friendly and beds comfortable but not well maintained at all.

It was not like the pictures to say the least. When you walk in you get the wonderful smell of smoke and mildew. The greating committee was roaches in both rooms.

I think they need to replace the carpet The facility as it has a musty smell to it. It is not well kept up as they need to clean the carpets have never seen anything like it in the hotel of a country inn & suites. Also you should not have to keep going to the desk to get into your room this happened 3 times with our stay there. Also room should have been cleaned once with the 3 day stay & should not keep going & asking for towels to be replaced for our room. I do not recommend this hotel.

Our room was freezing when we first arrived and we could not get the ac to stop blowing. When it finally did, it never came back on and we were miserable! Also, we were woken up at 6am by a fire alarm. We went outside and they told us it was just the smoke detector in the breakfast area.

Breakfast was gross and the dining area was an oddly decorated place. Overall the place needs to be updated. My room had damp, cold carpet which was coming up in one spot. The shining bright spot was the front desk, She was amazing and super helpful with advice for places in the area and even let me borrow her phone charger. (I can't believe I forgot mine). She saved me!

Reasonable price. Rooms and facilities could use updating. Fire alarm went off at 5:45 am apparently due to someone burning biscuits downstairs. Overall just ok experience. Probably won’t stay there again.

Most of the furniture had many soiled stains so you did not want to sit down anywhere. There was hair in the bath/shower walls and used soap still left. The carpet was also very stained. There were no additional linens left in the room for the pull out sofa. Curtains had large tears in them so did not cover lights closed. Employee (female) was in the back parking lot smoking a joint as we parked and unloaded our car

I am wanting to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my four colleagues and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by multiple issues that made our stay extremely unpleasant. Upon arrival, the condition of our rooms was unacceptable. I personally had to switch rooms three times due to cleanliness concerns. The rooms were in poor condition, and during checkout, I witnessed another couple leaving early due to a roach infestation—further confirming the severity of the issues. I requested a manager to contact me regarding these concerns, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered such a distressing hotel experience, and I can confidently say we will not be returning. I would appreciate a prompt response from management to address this matter. We believe it is important for you to be aware of the conditions and take appropriate action to prevent future guests from enduring similar experiences.
