Nasty!!

There was hair in the restroom all over the floor, The water was barely warm but more on the cold side when trying to take a shower, The knob on the sink in the restroom was broken and kept coming off when trying to wash hands and brush our teeth, the carpet had dirt and dust bunnies. The hallway smells of mildew and cigarettes, We weren’t able to use the pool because it was Green and cloudy with slime. They said because of the rain but it’s rained before and I’ve stayed and the pool was NEVER green with slime, The lady at the desk with the Tattoo’s at the desk was rude and seemed irritated that I stopped and ask her for towels after returning back to the hotel on Saturday. I’ve stayed her several times and I’ve never had this horrible of an experience..

Beds were nice, nothing I didn’t hate about the hotel, the only thing that would have been nice is black-out curtains. We were placed at the very end of the floor, and a light kept shining into the room so it was hard to sleep. Precious checked us in, and she was just the absolute best!

Front desk attendant was really nice and friendly when we checked in at midnight. The hallway to our room was hot and stuffy. The bolt on our room was stuck sticking out, so we had to go back down to have the attendant come up with us and fix it. The room had a really musty smell like it hadn't been freshened in weeks. Two washcloths for 3 people to use for both the night and morning.

I only booked this place because I had court there and on the day of court called me and cancelled therefore I cancelled the room because I don't live there and I didn't get a refund or a credit, so I'm out of $122 dollars.

I love the room it was modern; I had a suite and I really loved that the room had 2 TV one for the bedding area and the other in the living room area and the bathroom was very nice and modern which I like.

Day 1, after checking in and getting to our room, one of the cards didn’t work. I went back to the front desk got the card “fixed”. Tuesday, both cards worked fine. On Wednesday both cards would not work so I went back to the front desk and again changed the card. Go back to the room and the cards still wouldn’t work. I went back to the front desk and the lady came up and let us in and said she would get a work order in to get our door fixed. Cards work fine on Thursday. On Friday evening, we go back to our room and again the cards wouldn’t work to our room. Again, I went back to the desk and the lady changes the code on the codes and again the cards still don’t work so the lady came up and let us in. She says she was putting ing a work order to have the door fixed. I told her that we had problems all week and it really didn’t matter we were leaving the next morning. Another issue is that We found several long black hairs on our pillows and comforter. My husband and I both have short hair. He is brunette/gray and I am blonde. Also there was a very faint blood blood stain. Regardless of whether or not the comforter had been washed or not that is a bio hazard. We opened up the curtains and you could see all the dirt on the window sill and all throughout the room. Finally the pool was dirty and not clean. This was our 3rd year to stay at this particular hotel and by far the worst experience.
