King size bed was ok. Pillows sucked. Flat and hard. Told them on checkout. Seemed interested to fix the problem. Pool and hot tub are small and older. But we did use the hot tub. Pool was chilly we would return Convenient location to downtown Berlin but quiet setting. Amish restraunt beside it. Very convenient. Food was good. Breakfast at hotel was delish with options

Overall, this was a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of Berlin. We enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool. The breakfast was a nicer hotel breakfast and included cinnamon rolls (Amish?) The complimentary hygiene items had a wonderful lemon fragrance. The slight negatives were too much chlorine in the pool, a very hard mattress, mold in the corner of our shower, and the shower should have had sand underneath it as it was being built bc it was very creaky.

Every thing was clean & looked new. No traffic noise. The town & severaĺ restaurants within walking distance. Well kept grounds & firepit area. Different breakfast each day. Staff was courteous & helpfull.
