I had a great experience staying here. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly when it came to transportation guidance. Early check-in was a big plus. Special thanks to the Filipino staff at the breakfast buffet for being so accommodating and attentive.

The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help. I appreciated being acknowledged as a Diamond which is not always consistent property to property. The hotel could certainly use some help with cleanliness by way of more housekeeper training and supervision. As an example, my bathroom floor, shower walls and bed down to the mattress pad was covered in hair. The front desk staff remade the bed so that I could rest, howver the housekeeper promised a thorough clean the next day. When I returned, hair remained all over the bathroom. This is not uncommon to hotels but training and technique like lint rollers and good vacuuming are just some ideas. I also think they are lacking a microwave and ice for guest access. Otherwise it is very convenient if you are looking for a restful, early night after exploring nearby places.

Great A/C. Good size room. Excellent breakfast options. Located very close to Tram station that is only 3 stops from Central station and only 2 stops away from the Viking Cruise embarking station. Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English.

Comfortable stay

The stay was comfortable, though we were out of the room for most part of the day. Nicely located, close to tram stops, well connected to Amsterdam Centraal station. The only problem was the shower, which for some reason was just a trickle. Maybe it was a eco-friendly water-saving measure?

Fantastic stay

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were all super friendly. We got our room early at 11am arriving for check in. The hotel was clean, close to trams to Amsterdam Central within about 6 minutes. Great location. The breakfast had a large offering compared to a previous hotel I stayed in in Amsterdam a few weeks earlier. Plenty of hot food with sausages, bacon, mushrooms, hash browns and bitterballen which is rare in hotels in Amsterdam. Room was good with all the amenities you would need. Air conditioning was perfect in the room. Highly recommend, will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful. So was breakfast ….excellent. Bedroom on the smallish side. Had a hard time with our two suitcases. Central Station only minutes away by tram. It costs 65 Euros to pay taxi driver to go to the airport. Staff was very responsive when asked a question.
