Incredibly comfy bed, great size and well equipped room, kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. Some cleaning supplies are provided and there’s a dishwasher in the room but it would have been useful to have a tea towel for drying things. There also didn’t seem to be any provision for recycling. Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The small kitchen helped with some in room meals. Close to a main public transportation station to get around Amsterdam and the other areas in Netherlands. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Il manque d’éclairage dans la chambre, particulièrement dans l’entrée pour l’usage de la penderie et sous les armoires pour cuisiner et faire la vaisselle. Il devrait y avoir des bacs pour recyclage/compost/déchets. Nous aurions apprécié, à notre arrivée, l’aide de quelqu’un pour entrer nos bagages de vélo (ne pouvant entrer nos vélos dans le sas) ainsi qu’un chariot pour monter le tout à l’étage. Par la suite, le personnel a été très gentil.

The property is perfectly located to be near all major mass transit. The rooms were cleaned daily. Overall, we were pleased with our stay at this hotel.

Excellent location!!! Many transportation options to downtown, airport, and neighboring cities. Quiet neighborhood. Hotel is well kept and clean. Having a kitchenette is a big plus. Will definitely go back when visiting Amsterdam!

We booked four rooms for our young adult children and ourselves, so we could go to the F1. The kitchenettes were a blessing for creating packed lunches or making a quick dinner after a long day of F1 fun. If we didn’t feel like going out we didn’t have to. There is a Lidl just down the road! The gym was a bonus also. Transport links into Amsterdam central and to Zandvoort were amazing with the station literally within view. The staff were very good and if you want a Ryan Gosling lookalike to check you into your hotel, this is the place! 😂

Hot water ran out after short use… first time experiencing this issue in a hotel. Very frustrating The reception staff was not friendly when we arrived half an hour early before our check in. We were told to wait half an hour up until it was time to check. Bad customer service, small bathroom, very loud that you can hear people walking in the hallway.

The rooms are a good size. The location is awesome for accessing different parts of the city and beyond. The station is literally next door. We stayed for 11 days. You only get supplies for about 5 days like dishwaser detergent etc. If you stay for 3 months you still only get the same amount of supplies. Had I known that we would have broken our reservation into two stays. Also no conditioner or shampoo only body wash that you are expected to use as shampoo. The lighting in the rooms is very dull which makes operating the stove challenging. We used the flashlight on our phones. The staff were very good about getting us a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies so we could clean our room. Housekeeping changes the garbages and sheets and provides fresh towels once a week.
