The outside of the hotel looks nice You walk in the lobby looks clean and decorated. But once the elevator opens to the second floor, which is a floor we stayed on. There’s an old / moldy smell. The room has a stronger smell of the same smell . Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom

Staff, as always, are terrific at The Anaheim Portofino. My family has stayed at the Portofino at least 10 times. My only complaint is that the rooms are getting “tired” and showing their age.

We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub. It had been raining. The room was nice, but it was older. Had a big bed and a sofa pullout bed. Wish we had more dresser. Space
