Parking was very limited but parking was provided. Housekeeping was pushy asking us if the room was ready for cleaning before checking out and very loud in the hallway too early and they tried to enter my room at 8 am when check out is at 11 am if i didnt have the latch on the door they would have entered. Not good. Some of the towels were stained. I did tell the front desk. I usually dont comment or complained but I had too i was really tired and didnt expect my door to be opened so early. Made me feel rushed.

Great for the area.

We pretty much just slept in the room and didn't have much other time to experience anything but the front desk staff was friendly and I love that we could check out and leave our items while we played at the park.

We came here for our first Disneyland trip with our toddler. We’ve stayed at this place 4 years ago and had a good experience so decided to come back. Our stay was good, hotel was expected just like our first time. Hotel room was a little outdated, carpet close to the bathroom had stains, TV was definitely outdated (but we didn’t really use it since we’ve been out all days both days), bath tub was outdated as well. The amenities said they had a microwave and fridge. There was a fridge but no microwave in the room. It wasn’t a problem considering they were able to let us microwave our to go food from the park at the lobby area where you check in. That was nice. Overall it was a good stay. I’d stay again but hoping they would consider remodeling or at least take care of the carpet stains.

Bed Bugs - Family Suite 3rd Floor

We booked the family suite for our Disneyland vacation based on the location, cost, and separate space. We traveled to Anaheim and have stayed at a lot of hotels near Disneyland. It’s obvious that this is an old hotel, but overall it seemed okay at first. The day we checked out, we found a bed bug and for us that ruined this hotel forever. No second chances. We spent so much time when we got home doing a deep clean of all of our things to ensure we didn’t bring any of them home. So disgusting.

We stayed in the family suite with the bunk beds. My kids loved it, traveled with a 2, 4, 6 and 12 year old. The rooms are older but still very accommodating. Pool was clean and had a lot of places to sit. Not too far of a walk to Disney, very convenient that the CVS was a short distance away. Highly recommend staying here if you have a trip to the parks! Will definitely be staying here next year. Price was also great 😊

Not enough towels or pillows for a suite.

We had a party of 6 and only had 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels in the room. They no longer offer washcloths. I tried calling the front desk, no answer and voice mail was full. Went to the office and was told they will deliver more to our room while we were gone. Got back around 11pm no towels. I had to go get them myself the next morning. Also, no pillows for the sleeper sofa. Everything else was good.
