Proximity to theme park was walkable. Courteous employees. Only thing was it was little noisy. Hallway noise was pretty loud in early morning with doors slamming, people talking and rooms being cleaned.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. While the hotel is in a great location within walking distance of Disneyland and is reasonably priced, the property itself feels a bit outdated. Unfortunately, the AC never cooled the room to the temperature we wanted, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. That said, for the price and proximity to Disneyland, it worked well as a place to rest after long days at the park.

I had to make a few calls because I needed an extra blanket and the heater wasn't working. Also, there is no full length mirror and the refrigerator froze my stuff so I had to adjust that the staff was really sweet and accommodating and they fix the heating. Also, it was really close to my event.
