Zero Air Conditioning

Middle of summer and literally no AC. We paid to upgrade to a one bedroom suite so our 18 month old could be in the other room. Slept with no covers. Sweat all night every night. No matter what temperature or setting we put it in it just wouldn’t turn on. Maintenance just never even showed up to look at it. Do not stay here unless you like feeling like you’re camping outside in June.

I absolutely loved this place! The staff was so polite and helpful. We checked in at 1am and someone was there to great us! We ended up with an upgraded room at no additional cost. Our room was huge! Everything was so clean and bright. Our room also had a view of the pool and fireworks each night. It made it feel extra magical. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the poolside service was fantastic too. I can’t say enough good about our stay here.
