I only stayed for a night to go to Disneyland but check in was very easy. Very modern hotel, didn’t get to check out the amenities but very clean & spacious hotel room. Would stay here again in the future.

Staff was monotone and just not very helpful. Only 1 person working at the desk and loads of people trying to check in. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:45 am!!!! We checked in very late after a long work day and was looking forward to sleeping in. Very average hotel.

Our hotel was pristine and large for party of 3. Services were exceptional. If you're visiting Disney, this hotel comes with a shuttle service which is about a 5-9 minute ride. Would definitely come back again!

The property was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean with plenty of room. The staff left a lot to be desired. It just seemed like no one wanted to be there. Especially in the main floor restaurant. There was only one server in the various serving, bussing and bartending staff that gave us timely, good service. With everything this hotel has to offer it has the ability to be one of those hotels you go back to again and again but when you feel like you have to apologize to the employees just for simply being there. It makes you want to look elsewhere on the next visit.

My kids enjoyed the bunk bed option. I enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel. My husband enjoyed the shuttle to and from Disneyland Resort back to the hotel. We will absolutely come back again.
