Hotel was extremely clean and staff was friendly. Close to Toy Story parking if you're visiting Disneyland or DCA. It's also walking distance from great dining options.

Good Location, Bad Service and Hygiene

There was a bad smell coming from the shower curtain in the bathtub, even though it was a high-end hotel. Newly placed towels and cups still had hair stuck to them. Although the location is close to Disneyland, I was told that the shuttle bus schedule was not fixed. Due to the vague answers from the staff, I ended up driving my own car to the parking lot. The staff at the counter in the morning was very kind, but the lady at the counter in the evening felt unfriendly. The room phone connection did not work well, so I had to go down to the counter every time to ask questions.

During my stay from March 17th to March 20th, 2025, I noticed that the front desk experience could use a bit more warmth and hospitality. Both ladies at the desk came across as somewhat dismissive, and I felt like I was bothering them whenever I had a question. A little more personality and training in guest engagement could really improve the first impression and overall guest experience.

Fun and funky hotel, great views

Hotel is funky and fun. Full size storm troopers, Lego min figs wall art, giant chocolate bar Swiss Army knife all make for fun decorations. Big pool and splash pad on ground level, adult only pool on rooftop was great for us. Room is a good size, mostly quiet, with a fun restart in the top floor with amazing views of Disneyland fireworks.
