The hotel is in a great location for visiting Biltmore or for walking to downtown eateries. Check-in was easy as I already had reservations and parking was convenient in the attached garage I could have done away with the $17 per night charge but to have the ease of parking it was fine. I was expecting a somewhat smaller room for a hotel in downtown but it was a great size plenty of room for us 3 friends traveling and our luggage. The room was so clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the Asheville area.

This hotel is pet friendly so if you aren’t a dog person who is okay with dogs barking in the morning this may not be the place for you. We loved seeing all the dogs coming and going. Also beware of the sliding door in the bathroom it is hard to get out of because the door gets caught on the sink . Overall a good place to stay due to location and dining options.
