Very close to the Athens Classic Center, shopping, and dining. The rooms were clean and had a cool retro vibe. Checking in was easy and the front desk person was very friendly! I would stay here again!

Older motel with a fairly recent remodel that is fun and quirky. Best part is its walkable proximity to downtown Athens. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Good value for the money too.

Great stay.

Love this hotel. Nice location a couple streets back off broad street. Can walk or quickly drive downtown or to campus. The decor is lovely. Pet friendly. Nice breakfast. A grab and go market available also.

Great location. The lobby where the coffee shop is located is cool and a good place to hang out. Disappointed their bar was not open during my stay. But otherwise good value for Athens and great location. I would return for those reasons.

This is a fine hotel and walkable to downtown Athens, but it’s definitely not a 4-star hotel. It’s a solid 3-start level or maybe even 2.5. The property is just not nice enough to call it 4-stars. It’s a convenient location. Parking is $12/day self park. It feels more like an apartment complex than a hotel. Staff were perfectly friendly but it’s not 4-star type service.

I was really excited about staying here. Pictures are great and definitely make you want to stay here. When we arrived I had no idea it was “motel” not hotel. Our room smelled of urine and toilet had not been flushed. Bed also looked like someone had been taking a nap on it. The room was elsewhere clean but cold. Had to turn on heated to warm the room. It was also not even a block from a homeless camp and when we walked out of our room a homeless man was walking next to our cars parked outside the room. Made us very Leary of leaving our things in the room. Our stay was ok but definitely not what we expected from all the reviews we read.

I loved this property… I love the motel concept, where you can pull up your car right to your front door. It’s so convenient. The reception was warm and friendly and the room was very cute and comfortable.

Great budget hotel. Exterior needs a little love

Room was clean and comfortable, a great deal for the price. Breakfast was really delicious and the lattes were tasty. The gym is serviceable, though the Peloton was out-of-order while we were there. The exterior shows signs of wear (Paint, concrete stairs separating from the metal frame) but otherwise quiet and comfortable inside.

Convenient, unique, renovated motel

Wonderful, unique, boutique “motel” in the heart of Athens. Close to UGA and downtown. Can walk everywhere. Entrance to the property is a little tricky. Restaurant was closed during my trip which was not indicated on website. Was able to use food credits at coffee bar located in lobby. Check in staff was not super friendly but evening staff was helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay again! Loved the decor!
