It was a quick and simple check-in. Miss Jazzy, the front desk person, had a wonderful personality, and she was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area. The room was clean and well lit and just a pleasure to be in. At check -out, I would have liked to have gotten a receipt, as this was a business trip, but it was explained to me that I could not get one, since I booked through hotels.com. This was not Jazzy who helped me, but some other front desk person. I found this odd, as I got one from the hotel in Atlanta where I had stayed the night before.

Property more than met my expection - room was spacious with ample desk area for working; beds were very comfortable with both firm and soft pillows; bathroom had lovely Dove products for all amenities - really appreciated that: breafast was very good and fully stocked up until closing and the staff were very pleasant. All around wonderful stay!

Clean and great location

Hotel is in a great location that is easily walkable to downtown restaurants. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was less than desirable but typical for this type of hotel. Front desk staff was oddly not at the desk most of the time. Would definitely stay again.
