We got this room because our baseball tournament was only 2 miles away. We checked in without issue, early in fact, between games. Got to our room and the air did not work! I went to the front desk, he looked in the system fir something in the same area (we were with other teammates) he walked up with me and opened the door to the new room (just across the hall from the original) and walked in to inspect that the air was working in the new room! He didn't question or make me explain or anything! I said it didnt work and he accommodated us with a new room! They also kept the pool open an hour past closing so that our boys could swim since we played our tournament game late! VERY NICE STAFF, NICE AND CLEAN FACILITY 10 stars, highly recommend!!

Room was humid despite AC, smelled like chemicals. Floor in hall warped and peeling. One washer/drier wasn’t enough (long wait for use). Breakfast was adequate and convenient. Location near downtown and river bike trail convenient. Staff very friendly.
