You can't beat the location for this hotel if you're visiting UGA. We took the Groome shuttle without knowing that the drop off and pick up location would be right outside our hotel, so that was a big perk for us. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was pretty standard. No complaints.

Hotel is centrally located for GA sporting events. Hotel is older and rooms are small but very well kept and bathrooms updated. Our room had a less than stellar view but hotel is not very tall.

I hand-picked this hotel based on the reviews and photos when planning my son's graduation visit. I was not disappointed at all. It is a wonderful facility. It is clearly a training facility for students in the hospitality industry and they are extremely friendly and well-trained in customer service. The 'Dawgs' theme was embedded in everything and added a layer of fun and excitement, even for a Wolverine. If I ever visit Athens again, this hotel would be my ONLY choice! Bravo!!!

The room was large and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were great. Our second day we were gone all day and was disappointed that our room was not cleaned when we came back that night, no clean towels, beds unmade and trash not taken out.

Graduation Weekend Retreat
