I loved the room. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We left a tip for our room attendant. The decor of this property was bright citrus colors all over and had a pool table in the lobby that was always busy. Staff were polite. Breakfast was much better than expected. Bagels, toast, grits, yogurt, fruit. Hot tea and coffee 24/7. My only complaint was they took $50 deposit and charged the card without informing me in advance.

For the most part it was comfortable the only problem we had was the toilet kept getting blocked we called the maintenance at 6:30 pm Saturday he fixed it then again at 9:00 we went down and no one was at the reception. We had to use public toilets. A pain.

This property is nice. This property is clean. However, at 7 AM in the morning someone set off the fire alarm. Not one staff member called our room or reached out as we hurried at bed and around to get out. Then, downstairs we find out that someone burned a bagel in the lobby at breakfast.

Tru has fallen by the wayside

When Tru opened it was very nice but has quickly gone to subpar. When you enter, you really can't tell who is in charge because they are also lounging in the chairs. Showers were dirty. Beds where uncomfortable and the breakfast bar was an absolute mess and no one was refilling it. I will not stay here again.
