Clean and tidy, well-equipped facilities, convenient transportation, and cheaper than staying in Banff town. The only drawback is that there is a connecting door to the neighboring room, so the soundproofing is a bit poor.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The only downfall was the size of the bed lol I swore I booked a king, but may have been wrong… Water pressure in the bathroom shower is perfect. I do with breakfast was included, oh well lol. They allow pets which is nice & my cat enjoyed his little road trip with us. We’ll definitely be back.

we had older units on the outside that hadn't been used for a while and the heat didn't work all weekend. we called the desk to have maintenance look at the unit, but no change. Then units them selves are aging now and in need of a refresher given the price we paid/ The property is poorly lit especially where we were and the side walks were perpetually icy.

We needed maintenance to come fix both our toilet and shower which were not working properly. The sink was cracked, linens ripped. Small things weren’t cleaned like the remote and cutlery . The pool and hot tubs were ok but the resort is large and a long way from the main building with the pool.

Room has lots of problems: water damage on ceiling in a few spots, wall dents, marks, holes in the carpet, door let in lots of cold air. The TV also didn't work. It was quite pricey for the room quality.
