There wad cleaning supplies left in a dirty room?? So they were in there but did a half ass job. There was hair in the bath tub, bath mat was dirty as well. The hot tub has a narly ring of something stuck to the sides with once again hair floating in and around the tub. The skiing was good so beside the list above we try extending our stay a extra night. The supervisor on that night said there was nothing available except one room with one bed. Just a couple brother that was no big deal except the price went from 170 per night to just under 400. When i look online threw Expedia there was plenty of rooms available with two beds. When i showed the front staff we were told sorry those are not available...weird!! I can see they are. So beacuse of that above we decided to go somewhere else and would not recommend a stay at this location.

Rented a 2 bedroom unit. The rooms are a bit basic but we got it for a good price. Room to spread out after a long day of skiing They need an update - but the. It would cost more!

Received a text AFTER registering and paying online that outdoor hot tub was closed for maintenance. Complained about that when we arrived and were given a bottle of wine and firewood. The wine was ok; the wood burned poorly

Great place great rate for a loft with a kitchen had an actual working fireplace. A hatchet would havr been nice for the wood. Other than being 2km from anytbing it was a great place to stay and not a big deal . They offer a shuttle for free to and from and they procide you with a schedule.

The location was good, it was just outside of the busy portion of Banff. We booked last minute and there were only 2 rooms available in the whole complex. I am quite certain we got the room that no one wanted. It was very outdated, the couch was very dirty and the pull-out bed was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom by the bathtub. The kitchen was old and needed serious upgrades. We also got a corner unit that was on the two main roads, so there was lots of traffic all night and quite loud. It was sufficient for a night, but I did not enjoy my stay, I was a little grossed out. The staff was friendly and accommodating, however, because of my experience, I will never return to this hotel. Oh, and the room was WAY overpriced. We paid over $240 for one night. For the condition the room was in, I would think $95/night was too much.

The property is getting a little dated. Needs some upgrades to the units appliances are half broken and the carpets are completely worn out and the bathroom fan sounded like it was about to blow apart. The main lodge is nice, the bar and bistro were good, however the outdoor hot tub is closed and it wasn’t advertised as not having that available which is part of the reason we booked this accommodation.

Second floor end unit is great! High ceilings. Extra side window that interior units do not have. Pool is located in basement of main building so walking outside is required. Parking is more than adequate for a long box dually truck. Hotel is not walking distance to central Banff. It was great for what we needed in a hotel!
