I had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. There’s plenty to do both at the hotel and in the surrounding area, and the location is excellent—just a short distance from the town of Banff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff was pleasant. I flagged some issues with the unit they gave us and they offered to fix it right away, but the time was not convenient for us. I recommend checking your room's kettle for potential mold before using it. Unfortunately, the other guest in the room had used it before I checked and found what I suspected to be mold. The area is nice and quiet, and they had shuttles from the resort.
