It was close and within walking distance to everything. It was clean and staff was wonderful. However, Expedia the hotel shares the facilities with a different hotel. The actual hotel is in front of Bow View Lodge. It is a bit misleading. Overall it was a good experience and I would book it again.

Perfect area for us during our stay in town. Away from the busy streets of town but right around the corner from everything you need. Right by the river with parks and paths for us to walk our dogs. Laundry room is under renovation but that’s ok.

My go to... past, present and future

This is a staple of any trip to or through Banff for us. We don't bother looking for others. Yes, this place has aged over the years but they try to keep it modernized as best as they can. It's always clean, always kept up and, along with its neighboring hotel, always competitively priced. From there, restaurants, convenience stores, grocery store, hospital and even Tim Hortons are within a short walking distance.
