After reading some poor reviews, i have to differ. Love this place, across the walkway to the Bow River, within an easy walk to Banff Avenue. Or room is amazing, clean, spacious. Nothing to complain about here. Check in lady was absolutely lovely. Quick and an early check in. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Travelling from Australia.5* from us.

Pretty decent especially for the price! The front desk girl was so curtious and helpful. The only thing is don’t get a room by the lobby- it was noisy and people were very loud til midnight coming and going. Was tough when you had to be up by 6 am. Beds were comfortable also!

We had the family suite, sleeping six people. The room was clean and the beds comfortable but the carpeted floor was dark, stained and well-worn. Didn’t like that there was only one bathroom. Also, in order to get to the pool, you leave the hotel, cross the parking lot, enter the next hotel go downstairs, follow a hall and when you do find the pool, the lighting is very dim.
