Overall was a good stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Age of the building and furnishings are showing, but the staff had great customer service skills and parking was accessible underground. We got snow, so the parking was a perk. The gym and pool/hot tub area were also clean and a decent size to enjoy. I'd definitely recommend.

Decent hotel, but was supposed to have breakfast and a restaurant and it was shut down so no Dining options. I wish I would have known prior to booking or I would have booked elsewhere. My VIP rewards meant nothing as the 15 dollar food credit to no food doesn’t work

The hotel offers free transit passes, and the bus stops are virtually right outside the hotel, making transportation really easy. The playground beside the hotel was amazing for our toddler, and the pool was great for small kids. It is an older hotel and our room was in need of a refresh, but it was clean enough and the staff and atmosphere was friendly.
