The A/C wasn’t working properly, and someone came to check on it, only to tell us what we knew already - that it wasn’t working. He said he was the nighttime person and he didn’t know what to do, so we stayed in a room that wasn’t cool all night - not fun in Louisiana. No discount was offered, and when we got our bill, they tacked on a $50 charge for incendiaries - whatever that is. We won’t go back there when there are plenty of other hotels in that area!
