The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The noise woke us up all night every time someone moved. The AC sort of worked but took hours to heat up when we first walked in. Breakfast was cold and VERY limited. The tub was old and the carpet was ripped.

The carpet was disgusting. So sticky we all kept our shoes on and our child was not allowed off the bed. Fake eyelash was found on the floor of the bathroom.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times in the past eight months and it has been fantastic each time. Easy, quick check in, friendly staff and very clean rooms. I travel here for work so am usually solo and feel safe because the parking lot is well lit and it’s a short walk to the front door.

This is our go to hotel every time we visit our grandchildren. The staff treats you like family and the rooms are extremely spacious. The only thing I would change, is to set aside a few rooms that are completely pet free. I had a room that cats had occupied and had to take benadryl every time I entered the room due to my allergies.

There was loud freeway noise the whole night. The bed was soft and lumpy. Room was clean I even had ear plugs! Nice breakfast and eating area

Good stay with my son. Really great staff. Slight issue with humming noise and vibrating in the fourth floor room we were in. Couldn’t figure out if HVAC on roof or something else. Aside from that, recommend.
