No hot tub and NOT WORTH your money

Bathroom Wasn’t wheelchair (entire room) I couldn’t get in bathroom at all without someone helping, they had to open door there’s no way if your in wheelchair to do it. Ceiling flaked as upstairs neighbors jumped . Couldn’t watch movie or sleep. I’ve stayed many times throughout the years here and it’s just went downhill in last year or so! Not worth the money .. oh no hot tub as advertised, they use to but they filled it in. The rooms are all non smoking but you will go through the weed fog no matter time of day or night you’re in hall. I get it’s legal here but again ITS NO SMOKING. Now the floors needs cleaned every now and then . I’m not picky but when a towel on floor then I pick it up and it’s black from touching that part of floor is a bit much. I have pictures of that.

Receptionist was great, chair in our living room was covered in nasty stains. Both chairs in our kitchen area were covered in nasty stains . We couldn’t sit in any of them . Plus there was NO door on our bathroom, just a curtain that they put up. This was the king bed N/S jacuzzi room. Opt for a different room!

We have stayed here several times. This time our room was on the first floor, we did not enjoy it as much there is just too much noise on the bottom floor lots of doors slamming.

Super loud highway truck traffic & freight trains every couple of hours if you're in the even-numbered rooms. Advertised hot breakfast was just waffles and very hard biscuits & gravy. Hardwood pergo floor turned my feet black after a few minutes walking around. Office desk was extremely small & chair was very dangerous for people of a certain size on the hard floors due to cheap design. Only given 1 packet of coffee for the machine. Only restaurant nearby is Mickey D's.
