The staff was awesome! I arrived at 3:00am due to numerous flight delays from California, and a staff member was there to check me in. They stayed in communication with me throughout the day and had my room key all ready to go when I arrived. They went above and beyond

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. But the room was way too small and felt claustrophobic, especially the bathroom. The air conditioner kept going out and the room got stuffy.

Be sure to clean the bathrooms!

Staff up front were good. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was rough. There was hair in locations, tub had NOT been cleaned, and flies came out of the drain. We had three small bottles of conditioner (instead of lotion, shampoo, and conditioner), and the bars of soap were broken. It was just odd

We like that the place has been updated. New Carpet, paint, furnishings, bedding, pillows. Everything seemed to be very new. Was pleasantly surprised how nice it was, much better that review scores. Friendly helpful staff. Had planned on staying on our return trip, but 100mph winds did a number on the town. Hotel was unable to take guests at the time of our return. Will plan on future stays here.

No courtesy shuttle

Note it's an airport hotel, but no shuttle. I get it, remote northern Minnesota. & Only 2 flights a day in & out of Bemidji. But with no taxi service til 7am , and unreliable Uber/ Lyft then what? Ok, what, you wall to the airport at 5am.

The room was nice - the only problem was the steamer in the room did not work. I asked the front desk for a different one or an iron. She could not find a different steamer and stated that there were no irons. I mentioned that I could throw my dress in the dryer for a few minutes - she said the dryer cost was $2. She could have offered to use the industrial dryer or give me the $2 for the dryer - it was not my fault the steamer did not work.

All good except room was so small you had to take turns if you needed to walk anywhere in the room. Ditto re trying to wash in the sink while your right elbow is hitting the hair dryer
