We had a great time, only quibble is check in was 1500. We had to wait to 1630. With no offer of a complementary drink, we just sat and waited in the lobby. Then we had to ask when our room was ready! Not cool for a booked 2 x suit top of the shelf rooms - the rooms were amazing worth the wait. Reception just need to work on their hospitality, respectfully.

Cute building, with many shops and food spots around. Hotel is about a minute walk to Zaandam station. Extremely easy to get to and from Amsterdam Central and nearby neighborhoods.

The staff at Inntel were wonderful! So inviting, cheerful and helpful with questions. The hotel itself was perfectly located for train day trips and our room was spotless.

What a great hotel. Quirky in a prefect location. The staff could not do enough for you it was a pleasure to be there . We recently stayed in London hotels with the usual arrogance but we felt comfortable and . Clean friendly professional, my son had his 9th birthday and they gave him a hand written card , some chocolate and sweets. Highly recommended them

We had an excellent time at this hotel. Staff was the best. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms were quite spacious, with lots of storage, a full length mirror and great bathroom space. Pillows and bed were a bit soft if you’re not used to that. Great central location, in walking distance to the train, plenty of restaurants, and a great cafe (Maya). Plus it was super cool to look at.
