Room 914 was clean and overall was good but the fridge wasn’t working.Check-in could have been a little quicker-only one lady and quite a queue. Breakfast was good with decent choice and the view was fantastic. Could mention on website/app that Stresow S-bahn was just a stone’s throw away-that would have been particularly helpful for me as I came by train to Spandau and could have got right next to the hotel on the S-Bahn.

The key programming system went wrong on the last night and nobody could access their rooms, except for the master key that Reception had. This created a lot of inconvenience, time and frustration, and I deem it unacceptable.

It was very nice, the train station is right across the street which makes it very convenient to get around. The train can also take you straight to the airport for a cheap price if you're traveling from out of the country.

Great location for Berlin Olympic stadium with very quick and easy train links. Service really average. Roof top bar closed and bar downstairs struggled to pour a pint of beer for both evenings with limited choice. Rooms as described clean and functional Staff have basic English

Woke up in the morning with loads of bites, couldn’t see anything in the bed but none of our group suffered the same, 2nd night sleeper in the other bed but still had more bites, stayed 2 nights but was only booked in for breakfast for 1 morning, never had that before

The hotel is clean and right across the street from train station so extremely convenient. It is also within a short walking distance to many good restaurants. However, the beds are not the most comfortable and there is no A/C in the rooms. The staff at the front desk struggles with English and they could be a little friendlier.
