Room felt very humid. Floors and furniture all felt damp. Hallway in front of elevators was being cleaned during early evening hours, instead of when guests are less likely to be using this area. Check in was efficient and staff is friendly. Breakfast was good.

My only concern is one of safety...The entrance, lobby and hallway in front of elevators was being mopped when I arrived around 9 pm. There were no signs up to avoid those areas until dry. The entire floor was just left wet and we were just looked at with a smile by the gentleman doing the work, but no concern that we may slip or fall.

There was a consistent attitude of helpfulness and positivity throughout the property. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work and values guest satisfaction. Their attentiveness and friendly nature made me feel more like a guest in someone’s home than just another traveler passing through. Excellent service! Front desk was so welcoming and friendly! All the employees were helpful. I have a service dog she is a seizurer alert . They gave us a first floor next to a back exit which helps at getting our dog out quickly and easily. Most are putting us on the 4 floor which is very difficult for me and my service dog who is 12 years old now. Very thoughtful and helpful. Place was decorated for memorial day! We would love to come back ! We have been using Hamptons for the 3 weeks of travel over 10 hotels and I am so glad we did!!! Excellent experience over all!!!
