Front desk clerk charged my card again after I had already prepaid for my room. Then had to do a reversal and is tying up my funds for 3 days. She wasn’t that friendly and I’m not sure she authorized my card to run again. I hope I get my money back.

Hotel needs a large overhaul! The smell of musty mold is terrible through the building. It is obvious there is a moisture problem with in the building when you see all rust on the vents & plumbing in your room. Our in room A/C looked as though it could fall apart at any minute, while the room ended up cooling off the thermostat was not correct. The gym is not in good condition, none of the equipment is up kept & does not even have any free weights in it. The building needs cleaned from top to bottom inside & out. It is obvious that there is nothing done here to up keep the building unless needed. The outside of the building needs weeded and cleaned, large cracks in the cement around the pool area. Subpar food choices for breakfast. Safe to say if you have issues/allergies with Mold stay clear of this property!

The hotel itself was great. The person that took the phone call was super rude. and when I told her that I was gonna talk to a manager she stated go ahead nothing will get done about it anyway.

The room we were given on the 2nd floor had cracked walls and dipped floors. I was worried that the building could collapse. They moved us to the third floor and the room was better but I couldn’t stop thinking about the condition of the structure of the building. Not to mention there were dehumidifiers throughout the hallways so I’m sure the place is filled with mold. Staff was nice but this is the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in. It should be illegal for a place like this to be running with so many safety issues.

Don’t stay here.

The room I was in had bed bugs. I got bitten and had to have our room changed at 1 AM. Ask to speak to the hotel manager and I’m still waiting for a call back. I asked at the desk at check out and called twice. Don’t know if I would ever stay at another La Quinta property again.
