Didn’t get the room we booked. The manager was the rudest man I have ever met, was mad about our accommodations being wrong as if it was our fault when he told us the wrong room to stay in. Gave us the key card to TWO different people’s rooms that were occupied, so we had to go back to the front desk twice. The front desk lady was nice but the manager is a nightmare. Otherwise the rooms and accommodations are fine.

The property is not in the best condition. The first room had an air conditioner which did not work. Got switched to a different room with a moldy smell. Lastly, worker was rude at checkout. The overnight guy was cool at least.

Stayed Monday night got to the room Tuesday night took a shower an roaches started coming out behind the mirror an behind the sink… got my stuff went to the front desk wouldn’t refund my money but for the last night didn’t get to sleep there an got charged for the roaches running me out the room with no refund

Bed and pillows are terrible!! The flooring was the cheapest they could have gotten. It crackled EVERYTIME you walked on it. Seen a roach in our room!

The staff here was awesome. I needed something printed and they helped me within minutes. Would not accept a tip. Staff asked quite a few times if there was anything I needed. It’s a great value for the price you pay. Not a luxury hotel by any means but very safe and helpful staff!!!
