Room was good for what it was. Went to breakfast before checking out and staff was kind of rude. Said kids aren’t allowed to grab anything and adults weren’t allowed to make the waffles with waffle maker. But check in and check out was smooth and easy! Very pleasant ladies!

When we first arrived we were given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, even though there was a sign in the room stating that it was non smoking. There was also a fresh cigarette burn in the comforter. I requested a different room and thankfully that room smelled much better. The room however is outdated, the carpet is dingy and outdated. The bathroom door would not shut all the way. The shower had poor water pressure and the temperature of the water was warm at best. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It had some sort of mattress pad but it didn’t help the comfort. It was also sloping unevenly. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. At around $80/ night, you definitely get what you pay for. I won’t stay here again, not can I recommend it.

Seemed clean but the the mettal on the lights and the refrigerator seemed to be pretty rusty. And the mattresses were soft on the sides. Made you feel like you would roll down hill and out of the bed. The parking was very crowded. The ice machine was empty.

Could not stay due to the state of the outside and the people hanging around. Run down property and "homeless" looking people just outside in several areas and I am a single elderly disabled woman and did not feel safe with this. Talked on a chat to first virtual - no help at all - then a person, who tried to contact hotel and was put on hold and then when called back, per him, never got into contact. I am disputing the charge as I had to stay at another hotel in a safer place.

parking was cool, breakfast staff was awesome, food was satisfying, the only problem I had with this visit is I needed to ask for a different room when I noticed some uncleanliness in the room and after working from my computer for an 8 hour shift I noticed my throat was irritated and just some general discomfort and I really started to notice there is some discoloration on the mirror frame from possible attempt to clean the room previously and looking further saw signs of corrosion and had anxiety thinking the worst about my sore throat could be from mold exposure that I asked for a different room for the duration of the stay

The desk clerk checking us in and the ladies at the breakfast area were friendly. The room smelled of strong urine, the carpets were heavily soiled, and there was a bowel movement in the toilet when we arrived. My husband tried to flush it but nothing happened, so he had to remove the tank cover to help it to be able to flush. We were exhausted having just finished an 11 hour drive, otherwise we would have requested another room. We will never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
