Desk clerk was friendly and courteous. However, this was the mist disgusting room in a hotel I have ever encountered. Every aspect of the room was horrible! Bed linens were filthy, 2 towels in the room and both were dirty. Bathroom was unclean, and looked as if there was blood on the walls. The floor was dirty and there were stains that looked as if an animal had pooped on the floor. The microwave was dirty and the door had a chain but no place to latch the door. This room was almost as if someone had been staying in that room and had left the room. The hotel also charges a $50.00 fee upon check in. The clerk ( who was friendly) even asked if I wanted to switch rooms!!! I told her NO that my son and I were not staying in any room at this hotel. She refunded the $50.00 deposit. I will contact Expedia since that was whom I booked initially. Rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures on the internet! Do not even think about staying here!

The front desk clerk was nice. However, the room was awful! The toilet was dirty, hair in the bed and a dead bug on the pillow. I used a third party to book and the property cannot give a refund. I was told to contact Expedia. I log into Expedia to request a refund and all communications direct me back to the property. Therefore, I have paid for a room that I was not able access.

The management was unprofessional, told me a lie that the pool was gonna be opened , after I paid they closed it down due to cleaning which I had asked already before paying! Then I confronted him about the situation immediately when I found out about the pool , he said give it 2 hours to be opened back up , asked again after 2 hours he told me 7 , moral of the story the pool never opened I asked for my refund he told me no . I Asked for corporate number he said find out myself very nasty mouth and phone call recorded as well .

The sheets were so nasty. Burn holes in non smoking rooms, hair and even an ass crack stain. We saw 3 different rooms and all were gross. We didn’t stay and luckily had insurance so we got our money back.

The room was nasty and not at all was it was supposed to be! The tub and toilet where broken. Refuse to refund us the 2nd night when we didnt stay we checked out maybe 2 hours after regular check out time on saterdayinstead of sunday like suppose to. The room was FILTHY, with surfaces not even wiped down and the floor was very dirty. We booked a NON smoking room, and the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, and the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. We checked in VERY late in the early am hours after a long drive with an infant and a toddler, and after traveling with babies, we were exhausted so decided to just get some sleep and address the issues later in the day after some sleep. When I went to the front desk, the man was extremely rude, and told me that coming up this late after check in was “on me” but he would send someone to clean in there, which did happen. Will NEVER stay there again.
