The bathroom was in horrible condition. There was hair i. The side of the tub… no drain. There was also what looked to be Gras un the tub. There were shoe prints from front door to bathroom. It was nasty. I really wanted to take a shower. Bed was fine. Temp control good. I thought being a Wyndham property, I expected more.

The phone didn't work, no wifi, television service was out more than in. The phone didn't have jack at all, it wasn't even plugged into the wall. Do not stay there.

The check in procedure was very easy to understand. After going into my ro9m I noticed the TV remote wasn't there and I went to front desk and told the manager on duty what I needed. He gave me a remote and I took it to the room.

I've. Tried writing so many people about this. I didn't even stay the night I paid online for room an I got there and they wanted deposit well I had no cash and my card wouldn't work physically cause the chip was messed up the last tried in no kind of way to help me she jus assume I lose my 70$ I paid she didn't care it was rude I asked could she call someone to see if I could pay it online or she wanted it manually she was lazy and rude I really want my money back I write 2 other emails
