The stay was a big disappointment. There was no hot water, and the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found a drinking straw and other trash under the bed. The hotel manager refused to take any responsibility and offered no compensation.. I was also doubled billed for my hotel stay and it took 6 days for the hotel charges to credit my checking account. These issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only downfall was our room was on the side by the interstate and you could hear the traffic all night. Also, the 2 gentlemen that checked us in were in tshirts (nothing saying they worked for the hotel)not dressed professionally like the lady was that checked us out. No name tags and had their computers out. Not sure if that s normal thing here.

I booked this hotel the day of stay and it was good. I only stayed one night. I was pleasantly surprised at the healthy options that they also included for breakfast. They were also very close to a Bucees which made grabbing quick things easy.

We liked everything about the property except the light function thing and the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt like an inconvenience to the people at the desk. One lady was doing embroidery when we arrived and I had a lot of questions about the area and she just didn’t seem like she wanted to help me out. One night when we returned, the guy at the desk didn’t even acknowledge us. He was watching something on the computer. It was not a welcoming environment at all.

Clean room and bathroom. The staff was excellent, friendly and made checking in and out easy. The mattress was too firm for me but I like a soft mattress. The amenities were great. I appreciated the extra towels and laundry bag. I wish there was patio seating outside the dining area by the pool. They have a great space for it.
