Seriously, should not be rated well!

I booked a king suite and was shocked at how this property could have good reviews. If it had not been so late we would not have stayed. Our feet stuck to the floor in the kitchen and bathroom and it was pretty evident that the floors had not been cleaned. The place appeared to have been painted without masking anything and there were paint patches of bright green on the ceiling, baseboards, switches etc. The attic hatch in the bedroom area was coming away from the ceiling. The bathroom had a locked door where water was trickling out, indicating a complete lack of maintenance. The room smelled heavily of deodorizing sprays and it appeared that mold was an issue.
Kitchen floor needed to be thoroughly cleaned (feet stuck to the floor)

We were expecting a typical hotel room, but it was more like a small apartment. Kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed. Nice complimentary breakfast and very accommodating staff.

Bad Place

It was horrible the dude who checked me in yelled at me. The place unclean and not as advertised pool isnt in use. The staff lives there and there were only a few people staying there. Now i know why. Never again. The fridge made a horrible noise so i just unplugged it. The list goes on and on just no.

I liked having the separate living room and kitchen. The cost was very low. However, the unit was not clean from long term non-maintenance. The florescent yellow bathroom has paint everywhere outside of lines and even in the tub. The plastic floor molding was even pulled away from the wall. The carpet was sticky, to the extent that my 1 year olds feet turned black. The eating utensils provided were plastic. Some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The kitchen chair was even dirty. This would be a great place to stay after a unit makeover and deep clean.
