Wow! A very popular Honeymoon, Anniversary or couple retreat....You won't believe this fabulous, custom built, 'rustic elegance' Hot Tub, hiking cabin on a noisy creek! Privately nestled on its own 8 acres, minutes within National Forest and practically around the corner from the Appalachian Trailhead at Springer Mountain (exceptional hiking opportunities!). Three rivers close by for fishing/ tubing fun! Serenity on the Creek, has a luxurious Master Suite, 2.5 bath cabin with a stunning view of the creek (the property includes both sides of the creek!). The perfect romantic, honeymoon, anniversary get-a-way. A luxury-home-designer and a custom builder created this awesome place - you'll see their expertise reflected in every unique detail.
One of my guests describes my cabin better then I can: 'A unique architectural gem set in total privacy in a forest of rhododendrons and white pines overlooking a flowing creek is guaranteed to please your senses. The song of tumbling waters cascading down the creek is the background music while you enjoy the hot tub after hiking the private trails on 8 acres. The Master Suite is like a tree house with its own balcony, bed alcove surrounded by windows to view the forest. The cabin is well stocked with everything you could need. Watch an old favorite movie, or read a good book and warm yourself by the wood burning stove. Or, sit by an outdoor fire pit next to the creek and share conversation and dreams with someone you love. Then grill your choice of steaks on the gas grill while you watch the wildlife in the forest across the creek. A short car ride can take you to several waterfall and hiking options in the nearby wilderness areas: or, to shopping and restaurants in Ellijay or Blue Ridge. And don't forget the numerous places to buy apples around Ellijay. The pictures of the cabin do not do full justice to how pretty and private it really is. The condition is like new and the owner is incredibly accommodating and considerate of your every need. I highly recommend 'Serenity on the Creek' to anyone looking for a special getaway in the Georgia mountains. '

Upstairs Master has a Queen, en-suite Master Bath and private deck overlooking the stunning view to the creek and beyond.
Downstairs has a large TV den with mini-kitchen, stunning views, plus a Hot Tub.

A relaxing get-a-way!

This was an anniversary trip for me and my wife. We wanted to enjoy a private cabin, near a brook or creek, and rest and relax with each other. "Serenity on the Creek" was perfect!The check-in process could not have been simpler. We simply arrived to find the cabin and it was ready! It is a three story cabin with the entry being on the main floor with a kitchen, half bath, dining room/living room connected to a wrap around balcony that overlooks the creek that was bubbling and flowing at the bottom of a small slope. The balcony was where we spent a great deal of time looking the trees and listening to the creek.Upstairs was the bedroom with a sitting area with a small balcony overlooking the creek and a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable and provided a great resting place for recharging and cuddling. There was television provided for use in the room and nice curtains to either let in the view or block out light where you could restfully slumber! It was fantastic.The lower level featured another full bath, laundry room, and a seating area with another television. There was another porch/balcony outside that had the hot tub and steps down to the creek on one side and steps to an outside fire area on the other. We went in July and did not use the firepit or hot tub, but both areas were laid out well and would be great in cooler weather.We cooked in for most of our meals and the kitchen, grill was great to use. It was a great trip! Perfect place to stay!

From check in to check out this place was amazing! Privacy and serenity are what this cabin was made for! Once you get past the scary driveway. The cabin is beautifully decorated with plenty of puzzles and books to keep you busy. I can't count how many times i fell asleep on the porch listening to the sounds of the creek and insects chirping. The hot tub felt amazing and was just the right size. We cooked dinner every night and they had all the supplies we needed to do so. We will most definitely be back. Would've stayed longer if more guests weren't already coming! Book the cabin, you won't regret it! Make sure to bring toilet paper!

Best getaway

This was the perfect, relaxing getaway spot for my husband and I to spend our anniversary. The property itself is just lovely. Cozy and serene and peaceful. Molly had everything in perfect order and we didn’t have a single issue. The location is perfect too. Away from the business of the world but close enough to get to the things you need. Lots of great hiking close by. I could’ve stayed forever.

Perfect Again

This was the second time my husband and I have stayed here. We love everything about this cabin. We cook in and everything we need is furnished. The bed is comfortable, and the bathrooms are roomy and clean. The sound of the creek is absolutely hypnotic. We love to hike and there are several AT trails near by. Molly is so great to work with, very quick to respond to any question. We definitely plan on returning again.

This cabin is magical! Secluded, quite and the creek in the back is a added bonus. The sounds were awesome! The cabin was so perfect and clean. Molly thought of everything! The details here are special. Molly was super helpful and nice to me when we had a travel issue. Can't wait to return!

Magical Mountain Getaway

We had a lovely time at the cabin. It was perfectly secluded with nothing but sounds of the creek and birds to greet us each day. The cabin fit all our needs and then some. The hot tub was great after a day out hiking. The cabin was just far enough away to feel secluded but close enough to stil explore the surrounding areas. Cant wait for our next visit!!!

This cabin was immaculate with everything listed in the ad plus more! Molly was so easy to work with and answered any questions and concerns we had. Very secluded, beautiful property and cabin! I would recommend it to anyone but keep in mind there are a lot of stairs because it is 3 stories. It wasn't a problem for us. We loved our stay!

Perfect Private Getaway

Very remote and quiet, except for the sound of the Creek. It is a beautiful house with every amenity you could need/want. We did some short drives around the area to sightsee, but I would have been happy to relax at the cabin all day. Ellijay and Blue Ridge are close enough for visits, about a 30 min drive.
